Jason Gaede

Mr. Gaede’s educational background and work experience has been concentrated in the financial industry. Prior to joining Averil, he was a financial analyst with RSM EquiCo, a global investment bank, where his focus was mergers and acquisitions. He was responsible for conducting comprehensive valuations as well as supply chain, operational and industry analysis. His other responsibilities included preparing complex due diligence and corporate engagement documents. Before working for EquiCo, Jason worked at FlyLine Partners, a hedge fund affiliated with Bass Brothers, in Fort Worth, Texas. At FlyLine, he performed equity and industry analysis of public companies across numerous industry sectors. He developed financial models and produced written equity recommendations for the fund managers.

Mr. Gaede graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University and earned his B.A. in finance and accounting. Jason also has his Series 7 license.
